Below are the fruits/foods that combat pains in our body:
1.WALNUTS
Walnut oil or raw walnut are great sources of omega 3 fatty acid antioxidants that combat pains and swelling in the body. Walnuts are top of the fruit when it comes to heart-healthy super foods. It is advisable to eat walnut once in a while.
2.ALL BERRIES
